  1. Send us an email telling us what you'd like to purchase. Include quantities, ship-to address and contact numbers in case your friendly neighborhood postal service needs to contact you if no one's home.

  2. We'll send you a detailed breakdown of item costs (and availability) as well as delivery options and prices (a speedier delivery will cost more).

  3. Let us know your preferred shipping option and confirmation of your order.

  4. We'll send you a Paypal invoice for you to make payment.*

  5. Once we receive your payment confirmation your I-Aquatic product(s) will be packed and shipped out to you the next working day.

*Full payment is required for all items including shipping charges prior to shipping or commencement of custom designs. All orders, once confirmed are final and any payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
