I~Aquatic I~Ref - Hang on Refugium

I~Ref
	Microorganisms beneficial to both corals and fish.
The I~Ref is an area located outside of the main tank with tank water flowing through it in which caulerpa, a macro-algae plant, is grown and harvested. Caulerpa is renown for its abilities to purify the water by greatly reducing nitrates and phosphates. Lights are put over it for the caulerpa to grow and the refugium also acts as a refuge for filter feeders such as copepods, or 'pods' so to speak. These are a big part of a healthy reef and the refugium provides a safe haven for them from the inhabitants of the main tank.

::Easy Setup

Hang the I~Ref on your Tank or Sump and adjust the screws until the I~Ref is balanced nicely.
Use your existing sand from your main tank and place it in the center portion of your I~Ref. For the 1feet I~Ref, you can fill the whole compartment. Another option is to use ultra-fine calcium-carbonate sand. (Even Miracle Mud can be used!)
Connect the provided hose to a small power head/pump and the other end to the blue hose barb on the I~Ref. (400LPH – 800LPH is enough) Place some small live rocks to provide hiding area for critters.
Plant some macro algae, prune them occasionally to provide a nutrient export to your system.
For lighting, use a small power-compact light and set it on top of the I~Ref
