Warranty cards must be completed and signed by the purchaser and mailed along with a copy of the original sales receipt within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

Warranty
I~Aquatic™ is proud to announce that from 1st September 2004, all our products
come with a 12-month warranty. I~Aquatic™ will only honour warranties on product(s) purchased from an
authorised I~Aquatic™ retailer. If you are not sure as to whether or not you are buying from an
authorised retailer, please check our authorised retailer listing . It is extremely important that you send in a copy of your original sales receipt with your warranty card as this allows us to validate the dealer and the sale.
If you do not see your vendor listed on the Authorised Retailer Listing page, please ask them to contact us and we can look into establishing a dealership
agreement with them.
:: Terms & Conditions
Each product has a limited warranty period of 12 months from date of delivery
against leakage due to defective sealant and/or manufacturing defects.
During this period, your product(s) will be repaired or have parts replaced
at no charge provided that:
- The equipment has been installed and used within the guidelines of the
instructions;
- The equipment is returned to
the dealer from which it was purchased, with evidence of
purchase (sales receipt), delivery date and warranty card;
- Repairs have not been attempted other than by our Technical Service Staff or
authorised agent(s).
